2. When yours or somebody’s face is flushed red hot, similar to hives, afflicting everything from the nose to around the chin.

So here’s the thing, Madrid has more bars than any other city in the world, that’s 6 bars for every 100 citizens. Many of which stay open till 6AM. The other thing is, I’m in Madrid.
